Standard Delivery

The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days. We highly recommend that a contact number is provided to ensure that your delivery has the best chance to be delivered to you safely & correctly. If you are out when delivery is attempted, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively, the driver may try again on the following working day if they feel there is no suitable safe place to leave your parcel. This service means you should receive your parcel the day after you place your order. For your order to be dispatched using this service, you must order between Monday and Thursday before 3pm. Should your order be received after this time it will be dispatched the next available working day. Please note if you place your order on a Friday before 3pm it should be received on a Monday.

We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Nail Polish Direct are not liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery nor will we refund postage costs.
