Pulp Riot Premium Scalp Developer 30 Volume (9%) is a creamy oxidising emulsion made to activate Pulp Riot permanent colour and lightener. The 30 volume strength is suited to around 2 to 3 levels of lift.

Specifications

How to Use

1. Wear suitable gloves.
2. For lightener, mix 1 part lightener to 1.5 parts developer in a non-metallic bowl.
3. For a thicker consistency mix 1:1; for a thinner consistency mix 1:2.
4. Apply heat if needed, following the lightener manufacturer's instructions.
5. For permanent colour, follow the mixing ratio for the colour you are using.
