Pulp Riot High-Speed Toner in Icy is a cool, icy toner for crisp, bright blonde with yellow tones neutralised. Developed as a post-lightening essential, it works in as little as 5 minutes and leaves a conditioning shine, helping hair feel soft with improved elasticity.

Specifications

How to Use

1. Wear suitable gloves.
2. In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part toner with 2 parts Pulp Riot 6 or 10 volume developer.
3. For a softer, more sheer result, dilute the ratio to 1:3 or 1:4.
4. Apply to damp or dry pre-lightened hair, working quickly and evenly.
5. Process for around 5 minutes, watching closely. Leave for up to 15 minutes if you need a deeper tone.
6. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo out.

Good to Know

This toner contains black henna. Not intended for use on anyone under 16. Toners refine and neutralise the tone of lightened hair; they do not lighten hair.

• Always carry out a skin allergy test 48 hours before every use, even if you have used the product before. Hair colour can cause severe allergic reactions.
• Carry out a strand test to check the final result.
• Not suitable for use on eyebrows or eyelashes. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
• Wear suitable gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
• May stain skin, clothing, fabrics and surfaces.
