Need to return something? Not to worry, You may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. Please use the Returns Form to return any unwanted item(s).

This delivery option is FREE for UK customers ONLY and your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time is between 5-7 working days. We highly recommend that a contact number is provided to ensure that your delivery has the best chance to be delivered to you safely & correctly. If you are out when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted to instruct you on what to do and how to receive your parcel. Majority of the time your parcel will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office awaiting your collection.

For Orders Over The Value Of £40: You will receive your delivery via Evri where a signature will be required. Deliveries are attempted between 8am-8pm. Should you not be in to receive your delivery you will be left a 'whilst you were out card' where you will be able to contact the depot and reschedule delivery for a more suitable day.

This service means you should receive your parcel the day after you place your order. For your order to be dispatched using this service, you must order between Monday and Thursday before 3pm. Should your order be received after this time it will be dispatched the next available working day. Please Note if you place your order on a Friday before 3pm it should be received on the following Monday.

Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to the UK shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
