They are dual-purpose triangular tips, these allow to allow you to have precise effects when creating a fuller brow.
The triangular-shaped mechanical pencil has a sharp tip that creates thin lines. The flat tip will create thicker lines, which will help you build colour and definition.
The spoolie on the opposite end will help blend pull the colour through to fill any gaps.
To achieve a full brow effect apply heavily to the eyes.
To achieve a lighter natural effect then apply lightly.

How To Use:

Using slanted end of duo brush, fill in brows with powder. Custom mix the 3 colours for a natural shade.
Use the spoolie brush to comb back the brows. Apply wax grooming pencil to set the colour and shape of brows.
Sweep highlighter along the brow arch and blend outward to lift and accentuate the eyes.
